To return or exchange an item, the product must be in perfect condition — please make sure not to remove the tags or damage the original packaging. Items that have been worn or used will not be eligible for return or exchange. The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and should be carefully handled while in your possession.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
